GUESTS

To provide every customer with the same beauty transformation experience, guests under 13 years old must not be present unless being serviced. Additionally, guests over 13 years old accompanying a customer shall remain in the lobby unless being serviced.

LATE ARRIVALS AND CANCELLATIONS

Life happens. Give us a call to let us know you're running late or can no longer make your appointment. Our usual practices do not include late or cancellation fees but habitual offenses may result in said fees.

PRICING

All service prices are variable and dependent on hair length and texture.

PAYMENTS

Prices as advertised include represent a cash discount. Card transactions will accrue a 3.5% transaction fee. We accept all major credit card merchants.

SATISFACTION PROMISE

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your transformation, we will revive your look!
